P3 Performance Pathway Programme, created by UK Sport in partnership with the English Institute of Sport, is a 18-month bespoke learning and development programme incorporating a dynamic learning environment and an online support hub, aimed at managers overseeing the identification, confirmation and development of future medal winners in the UK. P3’s goal is to lift the everyday knowledge and skills of development staff to inject inspiration and innovation and unlock the raw talent in the athlete.

The identity is using the eye as a metaphor for precision and concentration and highlight the development staff’s intelligence, insights and persistent methods used to reach their and the athletes goals to success.
